The Cook Family Brand
A good friend of mine had a great idea and created a family brand . . . I really liked the idea so I started down the path too. I wanted something that would be simple, yet represent what my wife and I enjoy - first thing that came to mind was spending time with my family. So, based on my wife’s suggestion I encorporated the last name of the two additional families created out of our family - the “F” and the “W” - and had to keep the “C” central since it’s what started it all.
The Arrows represent two things - protection and providence. I would give my life for my family to provide and protect them. I also know that without my maker, I would never have the family I do. So thankful!
The fletchings on the arrows represents the 6 (yes 6) children my wife and I have - we have 4 daughters (so blessed and wouldn’t change that for anything in the world) and 2 of our children are already in heaven due to miscarriage.
We have room for two more family initals to be added when my 2 unmarried daughters tie the knot!
Blog Post Title One
It’s been a little while . . .
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
